What are cookies?

How we use them
At Gaucho Digital we use first- and third-party cookies to:

Third-party cookies
Some cookies are placed by external providers whose functionality we use (for example, embedded video, maps, analytics or advertising). Those third parties process data according to their own policies. By accepting the relevant category, you authorize those loads.
